IAM Nano 2015 – the International Workshop on Advanced and In-situ Microscopies of Functional Nanomaterials and Devices. Hamburg, Germany, July 8-10, 2015. The conference is organized by the Helmholtz-Zentrum Geesthacht and will cover new developments in TEM and STEM imaging and spectroscopy, simulation techniques, electron holography, diffraction and applications of these techniques to engineering materials and devices.
