Submission of the abstract constitutes the authors\u2019 consent for such publication.<\/li>\n<li>Notifications on the status of submitted abstracts will be sent to the presenting author by <strong>April 1, 2019<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Registration of the presenting author is mandatory. In order to ensure inclusion in the program and in the conference publications, the presenting author is required to register no later than <strong>April 9, 2019<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<table style=\"width:100%; border-top: 0px solid black; border-bottom: 2px solid #D2421B;\">\n<tr>\n<td style=\"padding:2px 0px; font-weight: bold; font-size: 18px; color:#D2421B;\">Abstract Submission Guidelines<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/table>\n<p>Before you start the abstract submission process, please read and prepare all necessary information detailed below.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/events.eventact.com\/AbstractsSubmit\/agenda\/AgendaWelcome.aspx?form=27744&#038;Company=181&#038;Event=31453&#038;lang=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>on-line Abstract Submission Form<\/strong><\/a> includes the following parts:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Part 1: Presenting author&#8217;s contact details<\/strong> (use full first name and last name)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Part 2: Authors<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The name of the presenting author will automatically appear as the first author.<\/li>\n<li>Insert only the names of the additional authors in the order that they should appear in the abstract. You will be able to change the order of authors by using the edit icon.<\/li>\n<li>Use full first name and last name of all authors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Part 3: Affiliation\/s (Institution\/s)<\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Insert institution details and check the box\/es of author\/s associated to that institution.<\/li>\n<li>Fields include: Affiliation (Institution), Department, City (State, if applicable) and Country.<\/li>\n<li>Make a separate entry for each institution. Use CAPITAL LETTERS.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Part 5b: Abstract body for regular abstract<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Limited to 500 words including references (fewer if a figure\/table is included).<\/li>\n<li>Abbreviations must be defined upon first use and avoided in the title.<\/li>\n<li>Copy &#038; paste your abstract into the abstract area or type it in directly.<\/li>\n<li>Images, tables may be uploaded in JPG, GIF or PNG format. Please note that each image included equals to approx. 35 words. Images should be of up to 500kb.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Part 5c: Abstract body for the Lev Margulis Prize (Life Sciences)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Limited to 1200 words including references (fewer if a figure\/table is included). Equivalent to two A4 pages including figures and references.<\/li>\n<li>Abbreviations must be defined upon first use and avoided in the title.<\/li>\n<li>Copy &#038; paste your abstract into the abstract area or type it in directly.<\/li>\n<li>Images, tables may be uploaded in JPG, GIF or PNG format. Please note that each image included equals to approx. 35 words. Images should be of up to 500kb.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Part 6: Preview<\/strong> <\/p>\n<p>Most important: proofread your abstract and insert\/format special characters that may have been corrupted in the copy &#038; paste process. You can navigate to previous pages by using the Back button on your browser.
