Dear Exhibitors and Sponsors,
Many fields of microscopy experience in recent years amazing developments, thus contributing significantly to the materials and life sciences.
With a legacy of over 50 years of activity and with a constantly growing vibrant community of microscopists, the Israel Society for Microscopy (ISM) takes an active part in these developments.
The annual meetings of the ISM have always been a good forum for microscopists to exchange knowledge and for students to learn from renowned scientists in the field. The ISM also has an established tradition of collaboration with vendors, from which we all benefit; trade exhibitions help us gain insights into the newest developments in microscopy by exposing cutting-edge instrumentation and techniques.
We are pleased to invite local and international companies to sponsor and/or exhibit at the ISM2024. The traditional vendors’ exhibition will be held on May 28th, 2024 at Ben Gurion University, Beer Sheva. We expect more than 250 participants in the conference, including researchers and experts from local and international academia and industry.
We decided to go ahead with this year’s conference despite the unusual circumstances. Since the situation may change in every given moment, cancellation will be possible until May 21, 2024.
The exhibition area is co-located with lunch and coffee breaks, offering direct scientific networking opportunities with meeting delegates.

| PAYMENT CONDITIONS: |
Application for sponsorship will be accepted in order of received forms with payment confirmation by the meeting Secretariat.
All requests are allocated on a first come, first served basis and on sponsorship category.

A deposit of 50% is required with the enclosed application form.
The balance is due by April 16, 2024.
According to the received application form, a pro-forma invoice will be issued by the ISM Society. Sponsors are required to transfer the payment to the following bank account.

Cancellation policy:
Cancellations will be accepted before May 21, 2024. No refund will be possible after this date.
