| The Lev Margulis Memorial Prize : |
The Lev Margulis Memorial Prize is awarded annually to an outstanding Israeli student in the field of microscopy.
In alternate years, students are chosen from either the field of Life or Materials Science. This year the prize will be presented to a student working in the field of Life Sciences.

On behalf of the Lev Margulis Prize jury, we are happy to announce the recipient of the Lev Margulis Prize for 2018:
- Elias Nehme, Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, for his work titled: Deep-STORM: Super Resolution Single Molecule Microscopy by Deep Learning.
We extend warm congratulations to Elias, who will give an oral presentation of his work during the Life Sciences parallel session on June 20th.
